At Peugeot Watches, we stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your watch within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Timepiece

  Carefully place the watch in its original luxury packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, and extra links to ensure a full refund.

  Ship to Our Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the box is securely taped.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the watch, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
